I agree with you completely. I just got home from Lombok last Sunday, and it was amazing. Have you tried going to Merica Beach? The water is clean, and it’s really blue! I stayed at the Sheraton hotel, though. And yes, the locals were pretty annoying. I bought one of the things and then the others came at me and forced me to buy them. I rented a car so I quickly got away from the place. But the thing I regretted was that I didn’t get to go to the Gili Islands since I only stayed for two nights, and the second day we had to go visit the beach since my flight was at night. I agree with you on Lombok though, it has very nice beaches and everything was very simple there.

hmm! I was back a couple of years ago and it was awesome to be visiting family/friends and stuffing my face w/ my favorite LNY goodies! Times like these makes me miss Singapore and want to move back asap. I miss you, too!! What’s new w/ you?
